岗位职责：
Brief description of the job: 主要工作描述 Independent operate and control of the extrusion line in the production process. 根据标准生产流程，独立操控吹膜机。 1. Operate independent and set-up of extrusion lines and their peripheral devices. 独立开启与操作吹膜产线及外围辅助机器。 2. Optimal adjustment of the Line to the product ( Temperature, throughput rate, Film quality) 对产出膜的工艺参数进行适度调整（温度控制，吞吐率，薄膜质量）。 3. Optimal adjustment of downstream equipment. (Winder, corona pre-treatment, edge-control, etc.) 对产线下游的设备进行适度调整（卷膜机，电晕预处理，边沿控制）。 4. Monitoring trim extraction. 管控物料的削减与抽出。 5. Setting and monitoring of the requirements. 设定标准化流程并有效实施管控。 6. Independent, correct set-up of all mixer. Compliance with all specified recipes. 根据指定的配方要求，正确独立开启全盘搅拌设备。 7. Correct material change. 保证换料准确性。 8. Ensure the correct weighing, labeling and packaging of products. 确保产品重量，标签及包装材料的准确性。 9. If required, all work of an assistant or helper. 必要时，需协助吹膜产线操作并给予技术支持。 10. Arrangement with the warehouse which row material and additives are still needed for each pending order to avoid residual amounts or downtime due to shortage of material. 协调仓库功能部门以确保原料和添加剂存量能满足待实施生产计划，避免因材料短缺而导致生产资源浪费或停产。 11. Quality control: 质量控制 - Film width, Film thickness in compliance with all tolerances 确保薄膜宽度，厚度符合公差规定 - Required running meter.必要的连续米数 - Optical quality of the film 薄膜的外观质量 - Required pretreatment 必要的预处理 - Predefined recipes and coloring. 配方与着色的预先确定 - Request to the core. (Length, diameter, wall thickness)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　确认关键指标（长度，直径，管壁厚度） - Required winding parameters. 必要的膜卷参数 - Sampling. 样品制作 12. Clean and proper fill of all production documents. 保证生产记录及相关文件填写正确与规范。 13. Create and maintain order and cleanliness at the line. 维护产线的整洁有序。 14. Report of production and safety defects. 实时汇报生产情况与安全隐患。 15. Suggestions to simplify procedures. 提出简化操作流程的合理建议。 16. Compliance with all safety regulations.　确保生产过程符合安全规定。岗位要求 Basic Requirment: 1. 5年以上吹膜生产线操机经验，熟悉吹膜生产工艺，实时解决产线技术故障问题； 2. 有外资企业吹膜或相关技术背景或进口吹膜机器操机人员，优先考虑； 3. 能接受倒班工作，要求英文基础。
